Basic definitions

These terms and conditions of Betbonanza utilize certain definitions that are necessary to understand the platform’s rules. The terms have the following meanings:

Operator is a Betbonanza company registered in Nigeria;
The website is the official website of the betting company Betbonanza;
A cashier is an authorized person who accepts bets from clients;

Account on the platform

To create a personal account on the platform, customers must be over 18 years old. Betting Rules

The bet is considered valid only after receiving the transaction code from Betbonanza before the start of the event. All unconfirmed bets are invalid, and only confirmed bets are displayed in the client’s account. The Operator reserves the right to refuse to accept bets and cancel them in case of errors. Bets on one match exceeding the established limits are unacceptable. Single bets have guaranteed odds after confirmation, but the operator can change the odds. The maximum and minimum bet amounts depend on the type of game objects, and limits on winnings will be set at different levels. If there are several winners in the competition, the coefficient is divided between them, but not less than 1.0.

The bets of clients who participate in events as participants or judges can also be canceled. If foul play is suspected, payments may be suspended until the results are confirmed. Bets are accepted before the official start of the event, and all bets placed after the start will be cancelled. If the bid is accepted after the end of the acceptance period, it can also be canceled. If the event is postponed for more than 12 hours, all bets will be cancelled and refunded. If the event is interrupted without a result, the bet will be refunded if it does not resume within 12 hours.

Betbonanza does not guarantee the continued availability of its products and is not responsible for any losses or inconveniences resulting from the disconnection or unavailability of the services. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused by the service or its contents, except in cases of gross negligence. If the customer is unable to place a bet due to system overload or other technical problems, Betbonanza is also not responsible.

Betting Offers

The standard betting scheme includes information about the event, such as the date and time, the sport, and the name of the tournament, as well as the names of the teams and the odds of outcomes. The abbreviations used are shown below:

Type of Bets

Coefficients

The betting odds are formed based on several principles. The minimum coefficient is 1.00, and the maximum is limited by the maximum allowable winning amount. The higher the probability of guessing the outcome of an event, the lower the odds, and vice versa. The minimum bet amount is 500 NGN, while the maximum bet amount is set separately for each sport or event. The Company has the right to limit the maximum amount of bets for individual clients and restrict participation in games for those who violate the rules.

Live Betting

When betting in real time, the outcomes with the possibility of a “head start” can be presented in two ways: “handicap of the first participant” and “handicap of the second participant”, or three outcomes – “handicap of the first participant”, “draw with handicap” and “handicap of the second participant”. If two outcomes are offered and the result, taking into account the handicap, meets the conditions, the bet is canceled. With three outcomes, if the result corresponds to a “draw with a head start”, this bet is considered a win, and bets on the “head start of the first” and “second participant” are lost.

Tennis

In a tennis match, if one of the players cannot complete the match, bets on the winner and statistics are canceled, but bets placed before the end of the event are accepted;
